Return Policy

Payment:

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, UPI and Net banking.

Returns & Exchange :

Returns or Exchanges will be given within 7 days of the delivery date with the original receipt, except as stated below.

- Products must be unused, in original packing, in resalable condition and with the original receipt.

Damaged & defective Products:

In the event that a product reaches damaged or found defective, non working, please email us on "info@hummingo.co.in" within 3 working days along with images of the damaged/defective product and we will help you out.

Refund method

If your original payment was made by debit, credit card or mobile payment, then your refund will be applied using the same method.

Refund will be initiated upon successful return pick up and quality check is sucessfull.

Refund may take 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
